SureClaim offers multiple secure, archival storage options to make sure that you can access your SureClaim images when you need to.

Archival-grade DVDs

We offer DVDs and USB flash drives as ways to store your images. However, having that data in your home means you may not be able to access the photos when you need them most. Therefore, we also offer a secure, off-site option.

USB Flash Drives

We can also deliver you your images on a USB Drive. USB Drives offer many advantages over DVDs. First, they are MUCH more durable, and are not susceptible to the scratches, sunlight, and other damage that can affect optical media. Second, when you do go to access your photos, hopefully it won’t be for many years. Optical discs are slowly being phased out just as floppy discs were 10 years ago. So USB drives offer a more future proof method of storage. Third, USB drives are easier to transport, store and carry to your office or ship to a relative&rsquop;s home.

Secure Off-site Storage

Items you cannot remember losing are equivalent to losing money.

Your images are securely handled at all times. Some companies require you to upload your images to their online server. We believe that is not a secure way to do it. Here’s how we do it.

All images are securely erased from both the camera and the computer, in front of your eyes, with your signature to show you saw them get securely erased.

Offsite images are placed on a usb drive, in a sealed envelope, with you signing the seal, and the stored in a bank safety deposit box. Unlike competitors solutions, with SureClaim your images can’t fall victim to an online hack.

Of course you are always welcome to decline offsite storage and keep the one and only copy of your images all to yourself for the ultimate in security.
